This Headbandz-style game is a fun assessment tool, used as a review at the end of one of OCWA's classroom programs! The game can be played individually or in teams.

Game set for Headbandz (Spin Master games)
Substitute with wide elastic headband
Card deck on card stock
Printed word bank
Create a word bank for participants to reference during the game.
Student chooses a card from the card deck but does not see the card.
Place the card inside the headbandz slot.
Have student turn in all directions so all participants can see the word on the card.
Everyone else participating will have to get the student to guess the word without saying the word or giving any letter hints.
Movement can also be used.
Student wearing the headband does not have to guess the word after hearing each hint. Multiple hints and guesses are encouraged and also repeating hints along the way.
